At most retail locations, Olio Nuevo will be sold in dark, UV-protected bottles to preserve long-term quality. Website and farm sales may often be in clear bottles to show the uniqueness and qualities of this high-quality extra virgin where rapid use and proper storage (away from light, oxygen, and heat) are expected.
